1. Orders & Payment

All orders are placed through the website and paid manually via GCash or bank transfer. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed only after payment has been verified by the store.

2. Shipping

LBC shipping is a flat ₱80 nationwide. Pickup is free and available in Quezon City, Philippines. LBC tracking numbers are provided once an order ships.

3. Inventory & Condition

Card conditions are graded honestly as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, or Heavily Played. Inventory is updated automatically upon payment verification to prevent overselling.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because singles are collectible items, all sales are generally final. If a card is materially misgraded or an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be issued at the store's discretion.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before payment verification. Once payment is verified and the order is processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order — name, contact details, and shipping address. Your information is never shared with third parties.
